I had to wait quite a while to hear back from support, which was frustrating. When they did reply, they were polite enough, but the help I got was minimal and didn’t really solve much

I ordered a few pearl pieces from cocokimpearl.com, what arrived wasn’t what I picked. One piece was the completely wrong style, and another item was missing altogether!! I reached out by email, but the response took a while and didn’t really solve anything. It’s super frustrating when you pay for specific items and end up with something else. I definitely won’t be ordering again...

I waited way longer than expected, and the tracking barely moved for days. At one point I started wondering if I’d been fooled or if the package was even coming. It did eventually show up, but the shipping experience was stressful.

I actually liked the feel of cocokimpearl.com overall. The site looks clean, it’s easy to browse, and the pearl pieces have that simple, classy look without feeling too old-fashioned.

That said, a few pages could definitely load a bit smoother. The designs were enough to keep me looking for a while, but if the site starts feeling slow or frustrating, I’d probably leave and shop somewhere else

Order from cocokimpearl.com came packed really nicely. Opened the box and everything looked neat, cute, and well placed. Definitely felt like some care went into the presentation.

Only giving 4 stars because the outer package had a small dent. Nothing inside was damaged though, so not a big deal. Overall, looked really and made the order feel a little special.

I was really hoping these would look more like real pearls, but they came across kind of plasticky and uneven. They just didn’t have that natural pearl look I expected, and I ended up feeling let down by the purchase.

I really liked how the bracelet looked when it arrived, and the overall vibe is nice and simple. That said, the string started getting loose after about a month, which was disappointing since I don’t even wear it daily. It’s still wearable for now, but it just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected. Shipping was totally fine, though.

I was on cocokimpearl.com on my phone it was easy enough to poke around. The menus were where I expected them to be, more or less, and the pages loaded quick, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if something broke.
I liked that the product photos opened without any weird hassle, and checkout was simple too. No random popups getting in the way or anything like that, just a clean site that let me browse around without getting annoyed. I’d probably use it again.

I bought this as a gift, but the box looked cheap in person, so it didn’t really feel nice to give. I also tried reaching out with a question and got transferred around, which just made the whole experience more annoying. Definitely not something I’d buy as a gift again

My first impression was actually really good — the pearls looked and I was excited when I opened the package. I liked them right away, but once I realized I needed to do a return/exchange, the experience got a lot less easy.

I had to email a few times before I got clear instructions, and the replies took longer than I expected. The exchange was accepted, but I had to pay for shipping back, and the whole thing felt slower than it should have. Even the tracking updated late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening.

They did eventually sort everything out, which I appreciate, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Based on that first good impression, I wanted to feel better about the whole process, but I’d probably only order again if I was really sure about the size or style.

I really liked the way it looked when I first got it, and it’s still pretty. But I’m sure the quality just isn’t quite there. One of the clasps felt a little rough, and the pearl setting seemed uneven to me, unless I’m being picky. It’s wearable and not terrible, but for the price I guess I expected it to feel better made. I probably wouldn’t order it again
